Alchemist Johann Clod purchased a mystical book claiming to hold the recipe for the philosopher's stone, the Mutus Liber. After years of study, Clod was at his wit's end, achieving nothing. In a last ditch effort, Clod animated a drop of ink, hoping it could extract the secrets that he could not.
